Men
300KG deadlift = 100 points
250KG squat = 100 points
25 pull ups = 100 points
50 dips = 100 points
Women
200KG deadlift = 100 points
165KG squat = 100 points
20 pull ups = 100 points
30 dips = 100 points
All points added together then divided by 4 for your score.
Beginner = 1-29 points
Intermediate = 30-59 points
Trained = 60-89 points
Advanced = 90-99 points
Elite = 100 points
